We will only take on a limited quantity of work to keep quality at it’s peak and every job gets our personal attention as though it was built for ourselves personally. With development experience, we can help our clients with all aspects of the design process, from permit applications, to grading and off-sites, to design and construction, including pool and or landscape contracting all within the budget parameters set by our clients. We can help you with your subdivision projects too. We can also incorporate new “Green” technology, as with our own homes solar system, and using the highest energy efficient materials available. Tom’s experience in construction and development has helped set the standard for integrity and professionalism in residential homebuilding. In Payne Ranch Estates dozens of homes in the first four Phases. In other parts of Chino Hills, Pomona, Clairmont, Corona, Cucamonga and Temecula. His unique homes featured new details and special ceilings and finishes like ones done by Selos or special beam and woodwork designs and stone mason work. He also has done high end remodeling, retail and professional commercial centers, tilt-up industrial building, hospital additions, but mostly custom homes. From 1996 to 2004 Tom built homes in Oregon under his firms name Tri T Builders Inc. (OCB# 115370). Starting with the planning and development of Mountain River Village, Phases 1 to 3, with 45 semi-custom homes and other custom homes nearby. Tom sold the remaining phases to another builder and moved back to California with his wife Rhonda and their three children. His company was a member of the Willamette Valley Homebuilders Association and he served as president in 2002. In 2006 Tom, along with his wife Rhonda, formed Cornell Building & Design, Inc. (ccb#906638) Rhonda designed many homes in Payne Ranch, Riverside and Chino. When Tri T Builders was formed, Rhonda Designed all the homes for a plan book for Mountain River Village. Many of the plans were built including some by the purchaser of phase 4, and some outside the project most were built by Tri T Builders Inc. Rhonda is continually studying Architectural styles and new ideas and technology for homes.
